Women can lose as much as .5 lbs to 1.5 lbs per the number of days on the program.
Men can lose as much as .5-2.5lbs per day per the number of days on the program.

Can you split up your fruits and eat them when you want?
Yes, you can eat them for breakfast or as a snack. Most don't eat them with their meals so they will have a snack when they feel hungry. You get 2 fruits a day.

Can I Drink Alcohol on this diet program?
No, because Alcohol is converted by the body into sugars which can derail your weight loss while on the diet. If you regularly consume alcohol we recommend you begin taper off before starting the diet to minimize any potential withdrawal issues.

Can I wear makeup?
All lotions, moisturizers or liquid make-ups with oil should be avoided as much as possible. The HCG Miracle Diet Program is very sensitive to oils, creams and fats. Remember, you have turned your body into a fat burning machine and we want to focus those fat burning efforts on your fat reserves, particularly in your hips, thighs, belly and butt! You can use any mineral makeup or pressed powders and of course oil free foundations are fine. Other types of eye makeup and lipstick are fine.
